Is >2Tb hdd aligning issue addressed within this firmware release?
'Western Digital (RS and PVT models) and Samsung (F4 models) have starting using a new way of aligning HDD's which may cause problems in devices which like the NMT run Linux...'
C200 and A210 users have this issue fixed with latest firmware but apparently we A-110 owners have to play with Gparted to align new 2TB 'manually'.

Has to do with Advanced Format, with 4K alignments. I haven't looked into this much, but I'm building an unRAID server and going to have all my disks be 4K aligned.

Hi,

had popcorn a-110 for almost 2 yrs and had the mkv video shutter problems.

the latest fixed that. thanks now my son can enjoy those 1080p movies that shutters before this update.

wow everyone must of given up or put them in the closet.
usually there are a ton of this broke this does not work anymore.
I have not updated mine since 9-09 as it did what I wanted and after checking the reviews of newer updates figured it was not worth it.
guess I will try and if there are problems will go back.

Photo transition is still not working

I never experienced any problems with Photo transition. Where are your Photo's located. What extension are they? Can you give more details. I have jpg photo's located on my internal HDD.
