Windows 7 and PCH A110

All,

I have just upgraded to W7

Previously I used Xp and my PCH110 read my SMB shares perfectly

I have no password on the PCH

I can now view the PCH content via W7, and the PCH can browse to the shared directories on my server

However, when I open it for content, i get the error

How do I allow the PCH to view my shares on W7??

You need to add guest account to your shared directory.

I did

I also added everyone and that didnt work either

I would start by removing permissions, leaving users and guest account and admin on..Check the permissions on the parent folder.

in network and sharing check the pch sharing status and change from the default to share all media.

Drag your shared folders into widows shared libraries as well.

I use win 7 and I have guest acc and users along with everyone and it works fine for me.
