Got it !
Tnxs. page 5 : Attach a HDD directly to the NMT and connect the molex power supply What is a molex ? (Does it mean connect the hd power cable to the internal board ?) For me it isn't clear what is ment with it. Maybe a picture can clear things out. (Or a chapter about building in a hd ) In the appendix must come a short descriptions explaining UPnP,Samba,Nas server etc |

Thanks for your suggestions, we probably should include a Glossary section, to define some of the technical terms we take for granted  Sales: sales@syabas.com Tech support: support@syabas.com |

And what an annoying connector it is...
I've lost count of the number of times I've skinned my knuckles whilst trying to pull a truculent molex from a drive while crawled halfway into a computer chassis. |

Both PATA and SATA, given the use of an adapter, it has been mentioned elsewhere on this forum. So a 1TB drive should hopefully work.

At least I will try that when my PH arrives. Adapter and IDE-extention-cable already waiting here...
BTW: quite offtopic in this thread? PCH A100 --- HD: USB 1 TB WD10EACS --- Sony VPL-HW10 (HDMI 1080p23) --- Denon 2805 (SPDIF) |
