Can you share what your settings are under the Audio section? Should I set Dolby to downmix of passthrough? To be clear, I'm expecting DD 5.1 out of the coax s/pdif, not a stereo downmix.

I use a Samsung TV that has it's own Optical Out jack. This setup is less common because not a lot of TVs do have the capability to internally decode DTS/DD.

Hence I treat my TV just like an AVR hence;

HDMI Audio: ON
Dolby: Passthrough
DTS: Passthrough
rest set to downmix (WMA, AAC, etc)

If I have an old receiver that connects via optical/spdif I would attach it to the TV (not the A200/A210).

More common setups are;

If you have an AVR attached via optical/coax directly from the A200/A210 then you have to set HDMI Audio to OFF to test. I am uncertain if the A200 passes audio streams SIMULTANEOUSLY to both HDMI and Optical/Spdif ports.
