It happens to me too, on a BDRip HD movie (Avatar) so it may be an encoding issue, or something else unrelated, as it is affecting at least two users.

Hello all,
I have now my A200 for 2 years and despite new firmwares, I still have problems :
- crashes while reading movies
- crashes while creating NMJ database
So, I have to say that I use it but not as it is designed for... and it bother me.

My question is simple : what are the plans for Syabas at the moment :
- dev new NMJ ?
- dev new Axx or Cxx ?
- when !

It's the 7th of September now and it's very quiet around the development of new firmware releases for the A200 and A210. Is there anybody who could give us (the popcorn A200 users) an update?

Were have you been lol. all firmware was put on hold for other resources until IFA which just passed. So firmware will again resume for the C200 which means the A200/210 as well

Hi all,

I have a A200, and since I live in PAL land, my settings are 1080P50hz and sync to 24P/PAL/NTSC.

Now MKV at 24P run just fine shown as 24hz. As well as NTSC DVD ISO's but then at 60hz.

But PAL DVD Iso's and 25P AVCDH/m2ts files dot not run. They show just about the first frame of the picture and then white noise. The file keeps playing as the sound continues. Just no picture.

These files ran just fine on previous firmware versions as well as my PCH A-100.

Any thoughts ?

I have the same problem. My solution, keep the video setting to auto mode. That gives the best compatibility mode for all video formats on the A200.

Set the FramerateSync to 24/NTSC.
No need for PAL.
