PCH-A100 as mythTV Frontend
Hi out there,
I am pretty new to the NMT. I have build a small webapplication that renders HTML to reflect my mthtv (http://mythtv.org) database content. I would like to play the recorded videos, but the video has no audio and stops after a few seconds. I use this to start playing in my application: Code: <a href="http://192.168.178.5/video/1000_20061111151700.mpg" vod>PVR Recording</a>After the Popcorn buffering image the video starts and then stucks. I can play the video without any problems on my Haupauge MVP though the network should be ok. My question is: How can I make it work ? Ciao |

I use wizd to serve my content, after first have been using mythrename.pl --link, or simply make an nfs mount of your 'myth-directories', works perfect.

Ok thank I will try this. I hope that wizd runs on a NSLU2 Box which is my preferred Server.

I am not sure if you are the same Barmeirer that has posted on the mvpmc mailing list but you might be interested of the initial phases of the work on the mvpmc port to the NMT.
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/viewtopic.php?t=2669 Inside the thread Jon talks about the minimal mythtv player functionality he has implemented, so you should be able to check if your encodings are NMT compatible. Martin |
