If you got an ERR00064 message then your Mac code will now be blocked. PM Werner with your Mac code for the C200.

Then simply follow the instructions on first page. Unhook your HDD/USB if you have any CSI Apps installed.

Which MAC address is used to generate AACS key in case when WN150 WiFi card was used to upgrade the firmware?
The WN150 MAC or not used wired MAC?

And if WN150 MAC is used... so what in case the card will broke and shall be replaced to the new one? No able to upgrade any more or playback BD content anymore?

Good questions. Unfortunately, I don't know the answers. I would hope the key is attached to the wired MAC which is only going to change if the motherboard is replaced, in which case the replacement board should be at the latest firmware. If it is tied to the MAC the update connection is from which happens to be the WiFi one, that would surely cause problems if it was replaced.

NMT apps are intaled in a USB stick while all my media is on the HDD.

Then, do I need to unplug the USB stick before making the firmware update or does it apply only for NMT apps installed into the HDD?

I think it depends if you have CSI apps installed, not NMT apps. I only have the standard NMT apps on a USB stick and my C200 upgraded without having to remove it.

Yep, no disks at all (no USB or HDD or else except embedded C200 flash)
Fresh 9/May firmware reinstalled, reset setting, cache cleared, rebooted...

Anyway it's clear now whey we keep having ERR059 - Werner didn't reset previously failed MACs during last few days...

mac resets are handled by our engineers now, they see which mac address fail and should reset them if the mac is valid.
I will send the mac address i received as PM again to our engineers, i will post here when they are reset, normally they can do that also over the weekend so i will post here when i get the confirmation that they are reset.
