i still feel confused and i don't know if the engineers of syabas can get the informaion of failed of single user ?
your server's log files could record whom were updating more then one time and more tried later.
we are consumers but not specialists. i think you have to make a better updating plans for your consumers.
and i think i am lucky my unit still works well under 110422 firmwere.
