I have an issue with my C-200 that from time to time when I stop a movie it hangs, the picture goes black but doesnt go back to the menu. It's not after every movie far from it but when it happens its always when I stop a movie and want to get back to the menu, I'm streaming my movies over http with llink. Is this a known issue? also I dont turn of my c-200 just standby.

......but why should it take nearly 10 months to get a firmware release, surely this is not acceptable, every couple of months there should be an update. Microsoft don't bring out a product and stop supporting it when they release a later product.......

They do this all the time with their consumer products.. It's the business bread and butter products they try to support.. be even microsoft after a product is 2 years old starts to only see minor security changes or backports of new technology...

sound familiar? your about to get a backport of the 300 firmware to the 200. So syabas is acting exactly like microsoft..

I'm curious to what you mean with better navigation?

To me the navigation and the functions (options) on the remote are very good. The best I've seen compared to other media players I've seen and tried.

Is there something specific you are referring too?

Ok, I see what you mean, on the LCD Display of the C-200. I never even look at that, everything I need to see is on the screen and readable from across the room. To me, the LCD screen is useless, just eye candy.

You can change the contrast by regulating some potentiometer in the opposite side of the display.

Yes. So, my question is still: is it (theoreticaly) possible that new firmware (or future firmwares) for c-200 will bring better navigating on unit LCD display?
