Does anyone know how i can set my clock to GMT + 9 1/2 hours?

RE: GMT in half hour increments
Would it matter what time zone is set if you used a local ntp server?

Also, what model NMT are you using? If the gui doesn't have an option for your offset, it should be possible to telnet in and manually change the offset, but the specific procedure may vary by model.
