[A100] remote sensor dead

i got a popcorn hour A100 that the remote sensor dont work .

i have borrowed a working remote and that dont work either .

i have a harmony 515 remote and that dont work either .

i took the lid and front off the pch and the remotes still dont work .

i tested the voltage on the sensor and it is around 2v , is that low as the datasheet says it should be 5v .
