Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Hi I am having problem playing some of my downloaded videos on my A-100 player. There are times that error says that could not play and there is one that has no audio. I only using USB Flash Drive to store the movies. Also, is it advisable to reset the device to it's factory setting if I am having those problem (By the way, I already have the latest firmware update via LAN.???

cant help you unless you post the mediainfo output of a file that doesnt play. But sounds like crappy encodes you are downloading.
