ioBox 100HD
Does anyone know how to recover the ioBox? I was having problems with it (was not cross flashed? not sure what that even is, and it had original firmware), so I told it to go back to factory settings in the Preferences and now when it boots up, it has a spinning circle in upper left screen and I am unable to use remote to do anything on there.
Apparently, DragonTech went belly up and their web site is no longer there. I can not get any firmware updates, access how to recover ioBox or nothing. Does anyone know of an archived page for them?
Any help would be great!!

RE: ioBox 100HD
It doesnt sound like a firmware or hardware problem.

Have you tried pressing 'stop' or leaving it until the icon stops spinning?

It is trying to access the last place it successfully accessed a share by the sounds of it , so have you removed or replaced something from your network.

ou should be able to recover by simply renaming a firmware, however I dont think thats the problem and you could be casing it to diwngrade if you can no longer find the firmware files.

RE: ioBox 100HD
I thought the same thing. I have left in place for about 1/2 hour and no changes and remote control wilol only turn off the HDMI to the TV, does not power it down.
I have made no changes to the network either.

any other options to try?

thanks for your help

EDIT: I unplugged the ethernet cable and that did stop the spinning circle, go to try and install latest firmware update now.
