3D Playback A-110

did a quick search but the term 3d is too short and any other things i came up with didnt really answer the questions i needed...

firstly i believe the A-110 can do 3d playback as it has a 1.3a HDMI connector (could someone please confirm?)

and secondly, should i be looking for any specific filetypes to use? i.e do any work better with the A110 than others??

and thirdly, anything else you could give me advise with as im a complete noob when it comes to 3d playback

You should be able to do SBS (Side-by-side) or TAB (Top-and-bottom) 3d on the A110 as it's just an output over the HDMI.

The A110 doesn't have autoswitch like the 200 series, so you'll have to manually tell the tv that it's 3d content to see it.

I don't mind manually changing the TV 3D mode. Is there a way to signal the PCH to change the OSD and UI and subtitles into SBS or TAB?

But for me the question is still available. How can I use the A-110 device in order to stream the popcorn content to the TV (via DLNA/UPNP)?

So, when I force my TV into side by side mode, the PCH on screen display will get doubled and look terrible. Is there a way to tell the PCH when I have my TV inSbS mode so the on screen display is shown properly?
