Thank you for the replies. I have indeed added the 'broken' share. I think it wouldn't be in the list of editable shares otherwise. I suppose there's nothing else to do then reset to factory settings like Pain said.
// EDIT: I have reset the pch to factory settings and added the correct samba shares again. The "bad" share is gone now. Solved
