Hey guys,
So the remote for my HDX-1000 has a problem with the terminals. It keeps causing the batteries to leak/melt and its not functional at all. I cleaned the terminals and replaced the batteries (3 times) with still no luck. I followed the same directions that others recommended after looking on the forums but once again, no luck. Does anyone know of any options I can try or where I can buy a replacement remote? I'm even up to buying a universal remote if I can find out that will work with the player. I even tried to do a code search on my Motorola DVR remote (for comcast) but couldn't get that to work either. I've been trying to resolve this issue for a couple days now and it's getting stressful. Hopefully someone out here knows of a better option! Thanks so much and glad to be part of the forum. (Hopefully this is the right area to post in.. Didn't see a thread for the HDX1000) |

Buy a Popcornhour IRK-200:-

Are you saying I have to buy that unit and install it on my HDX1000 then buy a logitech remote to work with the new addition or that a logitech harmony remote will work with the HDX1000 by itself? thanks so much |

I am with the same problem, but the remote is out of stock, someone has a idea where can I find another remote?
