Hello everyone,
I have a big problem with my long lasted A100. I never had any issue (other than the known firmawre related bugs) but nothing lasts forever and here it is my turn to experience what I would call the downfall of my device. I have one of the first A100, from the pre order invitation sent in early march 2008. Right now, my problem is that it does not output the center channel (perharps surround and LFE too, but it is the most noticeable one) in the 2.0 downmix it outputs through the RCA plugs. I can't hear the voices anymore... ![]() I have tried many things to fix or diagnose this, if not everything. I have checked the cables I have tested the audio receiver with another source with the same cable on the same inputs I have tested many files (only stereo encoded audio plays correctly) I have tweaked the setup, - disabling/enabling scart output - disabling/enabling HDMI audio - setting every supported audio formats to analog I have updated the already up-to-date firmware, twice. Nothing change, no center channel in the audio downmix stereo analog output. What can I do ? |
