hdx1000 apps and hdd network access
hi there
I recently got myself one of these and having successfully managed to update the firmware and the apps, I see that it has both Samba and NFS servers and also a usenet client.. how do i go about actually using these bits..? cant seem to browse to the internal drive via the ip.. \\192.168.0.9\ doesnt work from windows also would be really nice to use the usenet client on there if it works to save having my pc on, yet cant find any information about any of these things. could someone explain, or link me up EDIT: OK with samba turned on (just had nfs before) I have had success with browsing to the HDX1000, also I found that 192.168.0.9:8066 gets me to the nzbGet web app, but cant for the life of me work out how to actually put in my usenet details.. could someone elaborate? ta muchly nat |

Follow the Guide on the WIKI:-

I would recommend installing the later version of NZBget from CSI (Community Software installer) The once you get that working have a try of Sickbeard ... Cheers Sprogger |

If he can't get the default version working how's he going to get a later version working?
