MyBookWorld NAS to PCH-A210 file transfer slow!!

Hello everybody..

I think this issue is not new and i hope the mods will forgive me if this was already talked ..sorry for my bad english

Two days ago my A210 arrived..what can i say..it's awsome (i come from a WDTV live).I have setup all the super things it can do (YAMJ , CSI , NMJ , Apps..it's awsome) but today i thought "Why not set a NFS share instead of a SMB" , i heard is a little bit more faster and i folow the guides to set up NFS on MYBOOKWORLD 1TB white edition ( i know is a slow NAS) with all the authentication credentials and everything is ok.On the PCH added a NFS-TCP share of my Public share and it see's it and read's it and everything is ok..BUT when i copy a file from my NAS to the internal HDD of the PCH ..like 4GB mkv it gives me like 959KB - 1,40MB/sec upload/download,from my laptop in wireless 2MB upload/download..i don't think it's normal.First with the SMB gaved me like 3MB/sec upload/download.My PCH is set up to 10/100 because in Automatic (Gig mode) is not reading the NAS or it's extremly slow.
My network setup is Linksys Cisco E4200 high performance Router, PCH A210 with WD Caviar Green 2 tb sata2 , MyBookWorld 1 TB and Acer 5920G with intel 4965AGN wireless connected.The PCH and the NAS are wired connected to the Cisco E4200 router.

I hope i was clear in explaining the problem..the file transfer to or from the NAS and PCH are very very SLOW..

I hope some of you genius people cand help me out in here because it's driving me crazy.please help
