turning device off & luminescent keys on remote control
Hello!

just got a new popcorn hour and i'm quite happy with it, the only thing is that you can't shut off the device so the LEDs light the room. Is it OK to pull the plug every day?

Secondly, what is the remote control has glows in the dark. What is the luminescence exactly made off out of curiosity? I can't find anything though usually it has to be declared by law.

Thanks for infos and the best success with it.

Snipy -

Using the Power + Delete buttons you can power down the PCH (look at the Wiki NMT Guide). This sequence can even be programmed into a universal remote control if you are using one.

In order to get the PCH back on at this point you will have to remove the PCH power cord and plug it back in again. There are many people using switched extension cords, simple remote contolled plugs, or X10 modules to accomplish the power cycling without having to acutally plug and unplug the PCH power supply.

Laters,
Jeff

Thanks guys!

I'll be using the switched extension cord and buy a universal remote control so i don't need to use the radioactive tritium or prometium equipped remote control Big Grin
