Question about music information in Music Jukebox 8

Hi,
I have made several tries with Music Jukebox 8 and I cannot get it to work properly. I have read in the wiki that the MP3 files should be stored in sub directories by genres / artist /album. I would like to know if the problem I am having can be du to the fact that my MP3 are not sorted this way. most of my MP3 files are tagged with artist /album/year and album art. Is it possible to use the tags in the files instead of the directory structure?

Not yet, I am working on this for Music Jukebox 9, but 8 relies on the folder structure...

I apologize for any redundancy in this question - I've searched all morning trying to educate myself, but to no avail. So simply I ask:
On an A-110 with Music Jukebox 8/8.2 installed, will the screen always change to the default "albumcover.jpg, song metadata,timeleft" screen when I play a track?
Is it not possible to change the screen to keep viewing the album, or a tracklist, while a song is playing?

Afraid it will switch to the default "albumcover"... screen. As soon as you click a song or playlist, control is returned to the Popcorn Hour to actually play the music and the screen shown is a function of the Popcorn Hour itself. You can switch the internal music player to MPD (search Music Player Daemon). This will give you more of what you want, though installing it is not for the faint-hearted...
