Thanks for the encouragement everyone . I have updated and added a few more screenshots now that I have added TV as well. There is no updating for it yet, I will release a testing version once I have added being able to update the images. I have found a few logic/navigation problems which also still need fixing.

Thanks POPA110, I saw your post on the .fr forums

Image updating is done, I am just putting in settings saving (just about done) and I think I will start on the update for info routines. First test version should be available in the next day or two.

There will be some restrictions in the first release:

Images will always be resized to the optimum size for the NMJ (no override)
Images are always saved to the nmj_database folders (I have no knowledge of how NMJ2 handles paths, multiple locations etc)
Only movies and TV show details shown/available to edit
Only main info for movie/series/season/video file are available (no genres, cast, subtitles etc)
No adding or deleting records
No moving records between movie & TV

Of course all these features will be added as I get time.

Hi all, I have decided to make the first test a public release to get more feedback etc. Please post any comments in this thread and I will keep track of them and implement when I can.

some of the areas I would be interested in:

Things that don't work or work as you would expect.
Usability or lack of in terms of interface.
Things not updating or saving.
Errors that occur.
Anything you have updated but do not get reflected in the NMJ
If you have auto update on for the NMJ, does it overwrite your changes?
Any features you would like to see.

I will keep working on other areas and updating regularly.

Yes, as I expected it was compiled to run in 64bit mode on 64 bit OS but the MediaInfo.dll and SQLite.dll are 32 bit DLLs so make the program barf.

Please re-download the exe from the same link. It has an updated exe to force the program to run in 32 bit mode on 64 bit OS's. Tried it on Win7 Pro 64bit and works fine now.

You must have the versions of both the DLLs from my links as I have not tested with any other version. I have tested with both Win XP Home and Win7 pro 64bit and it does work fine.

If you are using a 64bit OS you MUST make sure the date/time on the executable is 2/12/2011 at 00:04 (this is when I recompiled to correct the 64 bit problem).

From the error list it appears that you are using the correct version of SQLite, the error is appearing when it is about to check the version of the DB you are opening. Is the DB writeable? Do you have permissions on the folder/file the DB is in?

OK, I have tracked it down. The version of the SQLite DLL on my web server is older than the one I used to compile the NMJToolbox2.exe. Please use the link for the SQLiteDLL in the first post in this thread (I have updated the link) and replace the version you previously had.

If you use NMJToolbox as well then I recommend you have each in their own folder until I can confirm that the original NMJToolbox still works with the new DLL.
