[NMJ v2] NMJToolbox2 - Windows Editor for NMJv2 A/C300 & A400 - 1.4.0.4 Update 19/5/2013

NMJToolbox2 has no quality setting for posters and thumbnails, it automatically sizes to the optimum size for the NMJ. The artwork should be better quality in most cases than what the NMJ grabs. Wallpapers are downloaded and sized to 1080P by default, there is a setting to resize them to 720P though (the NMJs standard resolution).

Updating on the NMJ after editing has the same issues as NMJ V1, it will undo your changes in a lot of cases so you should really stop using the NMJ scanner after editing. NMJToolbox2 has scanning facilities built in and is generally faster and more accurate (if you name your files well and to the correct format).

Quick question, my searching and troubleshooting have failed me. I have 2 USB HDDs currently both with media and scanned by NMJ on my A400. When I open one of the media.db files I see the movies as I should, but when I add the second location via mulitishare the media never gets added to the current list. I know I must be missing something, thank you for any help that you can give me.

In Patch Mapping I see both the path of my second drive and the path of the media.db file I originally opened to use. Not sure where I went wrong as I thought I would see all of my movies and TV in this one listing as well as on NMJ.

Hi Rom,

Could you consider one small improvement, very useful when you are checking the DB and the movie files:

- In NMJToolbox could it be possible when you right click on a movie file, to go in PC or NAS file in order to open the file.

Another proposition, but more complex, as in Ember Media Manager, 3 columns with little warning light, one for the poster
one for the thumbnails and the last for the fanarts, with this, in one sight we could see what part are missing.

Mutishare does not merge 2 databases together it only adds another path that can be scanned. Once you add paths in multishare and set the windows path correctly you need to add the media from that (new) share. You can do this manually or using the scan option in NMJToolbox2. The NMJ scanner can also scan that path.

Open the file? You already have that option with the right click 'Play' option. That will open the file on your PC with whatever application is registered to play that file type.

There is no way to add what you want to a tree view (I assume EMM uses a grid view). There is a bulk facility to add missing artwork automatically as well.

i didn't see that option when right clicking on a movie file, anyway i meant opening the file in the explorer!!
