NMJ servers issues

I am from Zurich. Till yesterday all worked fine. Since yesterday I have the same error. Hope it will be fixed soon. Thanks for fixing.

Hi,

Got the same issue since a few days ago. Internet connection works fine, apps and youtube on the popcorn is on...
Is there a database issue again ?
Any help welcome.

11:00 AM [GMT] on Lisbon and having the same problem, since last night, with NMJ.v1 on my A-210. The only difference to the NMJ V2 is that get a simple and dry "failed to connect" message instead of the fancier "no internet connection" that comes with the older sibling.

I've got the same problem since yesterday. A300. Amsterdam. Other internet functions are working fine.

I never had this issue before and suddenly i got it now aswell...

I can ping http://www.google.com on my laptop...
I changed dns to every option i know...
I resetted my route just in case...

I would love a fix for this, since it is annoying to see the message constantly whenever i start NMJ

Same here in Drachten The Netherlands. Internet works fine, but can't create database for movies cause of this failure since last night.
New to this subject, so i'll have to wait until it is fixed.

I'm getting the same error since yesterday. This wouldn't be anything to do with the server issue the c300 users are experiencing as they are getting the same error with NMJ2 and admin are trying to fix that one but no word for us v1 users.

Hi,

I have the same problem, "Internet connection not available. Video scan result may not be accurate." message when NMJ try scan the storage.
But, i have internet youtube, and any other internet required applications are working.
I tried delete nmj_database, reset to factory defaults, setup fix ip address, change dns server,reset router. nor of them works.
When i tried to refetch the movie info, i found this address in the router dns section (mikrotik 750G)

How can i solve this problem ?

What is the dependency on this server exactly? I didn't realise NMJ relied on any servers other than IMDB.

i have restored factory setting...etc.. but the problem persist..
