M34a remote problem

HI, I rarely use my EG M34a, but yeasterday i conected and the remote is not working, just a fee keys like setup , zoom , tvmode, and more a few, the remote is working but the device is not reconzning the all keys, is it bloked ? I already tried the Play and setup combination and is the same

I have the original firware, is ther some extra if i upgrade ?
How can I make a reset to the device ? Is ther any combination of keys ?
