HDD management over Samba

Hi I have A300 and I have the following problem (never have such issues with A200 and A210, even under Win7):
I use Samba to connect/manage A300 HDD (internal) via my laptop (win7).
I download all torrents in DOWNLOAD folded on A300 HDD.
It is very annoying that I cannot rename/copy/pate/delete files in Downloads sub folders (movies). i tried to move s subtitle file from one folder to another, but I get some message I have no permission to do this, the same applies to copy/paste/cut/delete.
Now I cannot put any file to a movie sub-folder in DOWNLOADS, so no subtitles can be added to a movie or any change performed.
I found some workaround-I copy the movie from its folder to the root folder of DOWNLOADS and there I add the sub file. It si very strange that in root I can make changes but not in the sub folders.
I tried also to delete some files (AppInt) in root of A300-but the the same no permission warning appeared. I tried to changes all security setting in win7, concerning A300, but still no luck.
Any suggestions how to fix this issue?
