3 tb hard drive ?

i was just wondering if anyone is using a 3tb hard drive connected via usb on the A110 , and if its working for them, i tried one and it says usb failed, its actually not my drive i wanted to see if it would work with my A110 is all.

2TB drives can still use MBR partition table, but larger drives must use GPT partition table, because MBR does not support partitions larger than 2.1TB.

If I have a 3TB and partition it into two drives of for example 1,5 tb, will it work in the A-110 then?

That confirms what I suspected since I have the same problem. Too bad. I got a good deal on the 3TB. I suppose I can connect it to my computer or NAS and access it that way...maybe...I'll have to try it tonight.
