Aha, missed that, thought it was an option like it was on the C-200, sorry

on the c200 it was also by default in the package, the difference on c300 is that you also have a ir receiver built in so you could also use a logitech harmony or our ir FB without the extra ir eye

HD audio decoding, according to the comparison chart? Can it actually decode TrueHD or only the non-HD core (as the C-200 does)? Otherwise this is misleading.

Do you plan on fixing all the bugs that crop up in this model, or are you planning to abandon it at a mostly usable point, like you have the 200 series?

Once, in a different era, I ordered one of the very first pch A-100's. It is still performing it's duties in the living room. A sturdy device, proven to be dependable for many years. And loved by wife and children.

And now, for the very first time, I'm tempted to buy a new popcorn..... it is a little bit unsettling

Werner what kind of transfer speeds do you get with the gigabit using nfs. Also the comparison list show that the A300 has USB 3.0 does the C300 have USB 3.0 or just USB 2.0?

the a300 has a usb 3.0 slave port to connect it as external hdd to a pc, this is not possible for c300, so it has only usb 2.0 slave ports which the a300 also has.
Need to check NFS transfer speed but i would expect similar to ftp speed.
