Werner thanks a lot! I'm sure you will be better in keeping commitement with the 300 series than what you did with the 200 series.

Also, I hope the community will help Syabas in fixing the bugs on the new 300 series, but please this time before moving to a new series (400?) try to push Syabas to finish their job on the previous one.

- Browsing NFS is a little faster, I can scroll even faster on previously viewed items. You still get that pause after 22 or so lines but it not as long as before. A110 & A200 still browse way faster
- For some odd reason I no longer see SMB shares in the network browser.
- In 'SetUp >Network Share>Browse Share' SMB is NOT available. I can only see NFS shares
- Page up & down does not work in NMJ

Hi there.
I did the firmware update but one problem that i had still is alive.
In an external hdd i have a series with all it's seasons.
each season is different folder containg the avi files and their subtitles.
The subs have the same name as the avi files.
The subs are not recognised by the A300
The same HDD with the series when i connect it to the other players that i own (xtreamer,WD Tv live) plays great.
What is the problem?
Please help!

Thanks for the update! Subtitles are now much better!

I still can't use NMJ with NFS shares. It just won't find any content...Also resuming MKV's sometimes results in a black screen with just the subtitles and GUI. And I get occasional audio drop outs (mostly in the first 10 sec. of a movie)

I've tried 3 times to update to the new firmware with out luck. At the end of the process FILE ERROR appears. Then I use the system recovery file: recovery-image.bin. When the system is back again I retry to update with the new firmware on the usb. But once again the same problem FILE ERROR. Any idea on how to fix this?

did you check md5? maybe your file is corrupt?

Edit, problem fixed. I think my wireless was being spotty. It was in the dl portion still so a simple reset fixed it. I was trying to update it but it's stuck at 80% for an hour. Any suggestions? Should I unplug it? Thanks.

I tried to do the update through the net. I thought it was a problem of the the internet connection so the the third try was with the file on the usb. It recognized it and started the update but then again, when it got to the end of the process it shows FILE ERROR.
so I start again the same process recovering the system.
