I have a couple of further ideas for your player.

Using pg up/pg down buttons when in playlist to jump through playlist. Although this idea might be hard to implement because pg up/pg down buttons are also used to control volume on pch. Personaly I don't use for volume I think it is usefull for bigger playlists. But if you are working on some favorite channels or groups of channels then this idea is not so important.

Have you ever considered adding some channel logos? Currently the only place to put a channel logo would be somewhere to the left of the channel name in infobar. In future channel logos might be useful when displaying programme guides or things like that. I take logos from this page http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/tvcountry/ua.html

First of all this player is for IPTV. Some internet providers are providing IPTV (sending TV channels using multicast UDP for example) to their clients. You can watch them on some set top boxes or on your PC using VLC for example. If you can do that that you can watch your IPTV on your Popcorn hour using this app (200 or 300 series).

I have no IPTV provider. So far I've used VLC payer on my PC. This link works on VLC: "rtsp://s7.webport.tv:1935/live/z050001.stream". Is it possible to work on PCH A-210?

You can change whatever you like in EPG script since it is written in php and you can edit it the way you like it. I addapted his script for reading xmltv file. Anyway, that php script should output a code like this:

<EPGS> 


That is those two current and next programmes. Time is in UNIX format as far as I remember.

That would be really nice. But I think that popcorn devices don't support subtitles in IPTV. At least that doesn't work in my case (subtitles are shown in VLC and no subtitles in my A210).

Another couple of ideas for improvement.

When infobar is open you can not use numbers to switch channels. Can you change that?

Would it be possible to add an option to launch another app (doesn't matter if it's phf or html file) on STOP button. I want to easily switch between eversion and this app. Eversion can call any app so I hope you can easily add this option.

There are two files to download in the first post of this thread. One is for installation through CSI (IPTV services zip file) another is for extracting on PCH.

IPTV services are for displaying EPG. But for that you have to download a file with EPG data in JTV format. I couldn't find anything for Lithuania in JTV nor in XMLTV as a matter of fact. There are many sites for russian channels and they support both JTV and XMLTV. If you can't find any usefull EPG for your channels you don't need to install IPTV services at all in current version of this app.

For the app itself please follow instruction in first post.

I have a home A300 and the application works almost seamlessly.
Just quit STOP or EJECT button does not work - I have to shut down the entire system.
I would welcome if they had to finish the recording of IPTV.
Failed to Establish my EPG.
As a good feature I would appreciate links with EPG recording.
