Can an A-210 and A-300 (each w/o an internal HDD) use the name NAS NMJ Database?
I have an A-210 and an A-300 each hooked up to a different tv. Can I have them use the name NMJ database on my 16TB NAS? I do not know how to tell if they are V1 or V2 NMJ. Do I turn on auto update on one of them and off on the other??

The Databases are different and the A300 wants to convert the database. This is how i did it: On your NAS create two users - A210 give it Read/Write this one use the database on the NAS - A300 give it Read this one creates the database on the A300 Good luck |

Does it have internal memory to hold the DB it creates? Or are you suggesting I put a small drive in the A-300? |

I'd like to know the best way to do this as well.
I have a C-200 and a A-300 both sharing BD ISOs on my NAS. I tried to have them both use the same nmj_database folder but its causing some issues. So what's the best way to force the C200 and the A300 to use separate directories for the database? |

Hi,
Is it possible to change the name of the database? For example: media300.db instead of media.db? And of course to make a call to this one from the PCH. In this solution there is just one file with information and two databases one for each PCH. |

Until the 200 series gets the new Flash UI and NMJv2 you will ned seperate jukebox folders for each version of NMJ.
I would just create a folder higher up. Then you can press RED on the higher folder and then drop down a folder and press RED for the second jukebox. Folder within a folder. Then when NMJv2 is the only version just get rid of the folder you created. A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |
