How do I get rid of the password when I login from my A-210/HDX1000?
I'm looking for a way to get rid of the password request whenever I log in from my HDX1000 or my A-210. Unfortunately my search has so far been fruitless, the password is still required on both machines.
I did find sonething about enabling "everyone" access to anonymous users, but I don't know whether this is a risk when I'm behind a firewall or not. Will it effectively remove the pass requirement, or is there an easier way? -- couzin2000 |

So I have yet to get ANY reply from someone else...
Here'S the thing: I open up my A-210, it connects to my MyiHome in my pc. The first thing I get is the "Network" and "win7-pc" choice at the beginning. I choose @win7-pc@ with the remote control, my PCH goes into that share, and opens up the myihome screen, and right away, I get a password request. HOW do I get rid of the password? I don't need/want a password anywhere behind my firewall. -- couzin2000 |
