OnlineTVRecorder, Youtube, Kartina.TV, and other apps are already available. So you have to be more specific.

I do not think 300K streams would look good on TV...

But you are more then welcome to put a request to Syabas, and if there is enough interest, they might develop an app for this.

Alternatively, you can have a look at a sample IPTV app, and modify it to your needs yourself.

Maybe it would not look at best but most of YouTube are not great ether.
