Organising files for movie boxed sets/ collections
Hi,
Apologies for not posting this on the NMJ section but wouldn't give me access to post there. Was reading about how to name files so the NMJ recognises them and can organise them but what do you do with box sets or movie collections when you might have 3 or 4 films in one file?for example die hard films: Die hard 1-4> Die hard.avi Die hard 2.avi Die hard 3.avi Die hard 4.avi Do you just keep the 4 film files in 1 folder or is it best to put them each in separate folders? Thanks for any help John |

RE: Organising files for movie boxed sets/ collections
Just create a folder named
Die Hard/ Put your files in it and rename your files like Die.Hard.(2000).720p.AC3[SET Die Hard-1].mkv Die.Hard.2.(2002).720p.AC3[SET Die Hard-2].mkv Die.Hard.3.(2004).720p.AC3[SET Die Hard-3].mkv Die.Hard.4.(2006).720p.AC3[SET Die Hard-4].mkv Then it should work, it used to work with me when i made sets with Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Saw, Wrong Turn and other sets |

RE: Organising files for movie boxed sets/ collections
You can't use / on any operating system, that means next folder.

RE: Organising files for movie boxed sets/ collections
I putted the folder name with a / behind it, just so you knew it was the folder.
Folder names cannot have these characters ![]() But when i write a foldername with a filename behind it, it also shows a / ![]() Die Hard/Filename Goes Here.avi. Just create a folder named Die Hard and put your avi files like i said above in it. |
