Subtitle downloading problem
Hello

I have bought the popcorn houre c300 2 days ago. I am setting it up prety good. Yet I seem to run into a problem which i have not been able to fix.

The situation is that I cannot properly setup the subtitles. The c300 is downloading subtitles, yet the files it is downloading into the folder which the movie contains is only 1 kb. When i try to run it, it will show no subtitles.
However if i download that same subtitle.srt on my laptop and i copy and paste that subtitle.srt into the folder that i run the movie on with my c300 box it does work.
So in my observation it is downloading exactly the same file but somehow it is not saving it correctly. The size of the downloaded subtitle srt with my c300 box is extremely small and therefor not working properly
I have tryed downloading different subtitles to different movies but the
same problem remains.

Also I have opend the same subtitle file that i downloaded from my laptop and on the c300 box
when i open the one with notepad that was downloaded from my laptop it will show the full translation of the movie

However when I open the one that i downloaded on my c300 box it gives
the following error:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><error>INVALID_COMMAND</error>

I'm out of clues what I can do exactly to fix this. Do you have any ideas?

3.) FIRMWARE Latest firmware for c300, just bought it 2 days ago.
Firmware version 05-01-111128-23-POP-420-000

4.) Info about Hardware Configuration used (How are you connected, what Hardware are you using TV,A Network Wifi or Lan,..........)
Connected through lan setup.

5.) Info about Setup settings: Only relevant info I could think of is the subtitle language choise which I have tryed setting to english, dutch and none. The problem remains in all cases.

Thanks for report. It is a system bug and it has been fixed. Will included in next firmware release
