OK, did the white text say "TV Shows" or "TV SHOWS" (case sensitive)?

I know what code is responsible for this, but I currently can't see why this is happening on your side because everything looks ok.

What came to my mind: which eversion version are you using (see side menu [menu button] -> "About")? For evZap 1.0 it must be at least r0137, for evZap 1.1 it must be r0143! The "undefined" sounds like a version lower than r0137.

I'm using evZap 1.1 and it looks like I am on eversion 0.2.8 RC2 (R0131). I'll update and see if that solves the problem and report back.

Its the first EVERSION skin i use and it looks good!! so i appreciate all the hard work put into this!

Got one simple question?

I tested it with 1 HDD...like 130 mkv's (movies). Is it correct that the speed is not that good? (C-200)....
When it has to load the moviewall it doesnt respond very quick and when i select a movie it takes a couple of seconds before it goes to the detail page...

Its my first use of eversion so maybe this is normal, then just tell me

It does take a few seconds to load the details page but depending on your needs you can just start from the wall by pressing play instead of enter or change to a wall that shows a few rows of posters and details along the bottom.

While the detail pages with fan art look cool in our case we already know enough about our movies and Eversion is just a nice looking GUI to get them started so we start from the wall.

Yep. While html skins are fully built by YAMJ, eversion skins are built on-the-fly. Browsing eversion index walls is imo more comfortable and a bit faster whereas loading the screens is slower. Also note that evZap uses a lot of images; the default eversion skin "evstremed" is usually faster.
An useful option in the indexes is the quickinfo ("info" button) which very quickly opens a popup with only the (scrollable) plot.

At least for PCH200s you have to decide: either speed or the fancy Schnickschnack™

I am looking into buying a C-300....just because i want to upgrade and i love new gadgets haha ....could you tell me if the C-300 is faster loading this skin(s)???

As far as I know eversion is faster on A/C-300s but since I don't have one, I can't say if it's faster in all parts (navigation, loading times, screen build-up...).

Morning,

I've got an issue which only happened on the newest release of the skin - I've got one movie on the wall with no poster (just the border shows).

The _large and _small posters are in the jukebox folder and the xml link looks okay.

I've tried deleting the images in the jukebox folder and rerunning, and I've tried storing a local image for it to use. No luck.

Any ideas?

Very strange Because, as you might know, every tile in an index is built by the same code/variables - so, if one shows up, all should do.
This is the variable (didn't change it in v1.1): [:@jukebox:][:thumbnail:] ... not much I could break

Could you upload/send me the _small/_large images and the xml of that video?

EDIT: Did you also check the "thumbnail" link in Other_All_ and/or Other_Movies_ XMLs (that's where indexes get their data from)?

I checked the file to see if it was a special character causing the issue and there isn't one in my file names, but then I looked in the Other_All_3.xml and found that the set is called Ben 10: Alien Force so is that the issue?

Question, is it possible to play Youtube trailers through Eversion ?

i made a php youtube trailer scraper, so it finds all trailers @ youtube on my movies with a 99.5% correct rate, and i would like to know if i have the url's stored in lets say the XML its possible to "EMBED" them inside eversion evzap ? or have it write the embed code into a seperate .trailer file wich could be loaded as a SWF inside eversion ?

i can return embed code, iframe code or just the correct url to play the video through.

Lets say for this movie Lucky.2011.720p.BRRip.AC3.x264.mkv it returns me : http://www.youtube.com/v/LbRGIVWtt6w?ver...1&hl=nl_NL

or the embed code with movie title as H1 for preview :
