[Feature] white led in popcorn

I have a problem in my popcorn
When I turn the popcorn appears white LED, but after a few minutes the white LED light disappears and appears on the popcorn.
Anyone know what this happen?

Probably the power supply of it's a C-200.

I do not understand my popcorn is A210

That is not normal if the unit is still on, contact your reseller and/or support. You have a hardware problem.
