A-300 locking up
Hi,
Does anyone in this forum have insight into the support department at Popcorn Hour? I have had an A-110 for a couple of years now, and have loved it, only ran across a couple of issues, almost every video played, overall very happy with the device. I bought an A-300 in order to play BD ISOs of my movies. If not for this, I would have happily stuck with my A-110. I ordered early December, it shipped December 29 and I received early January. I've not made it through a movie yet. It locks up on everything. I've opened a support ticket and repeated myself many times, but support keeps asking me questions I've already answered. It locks up on BD ISOs, the .m2ts files my A-110 plays flawlessly, and even when it is just on the screen saver screen doing no streaming. Support keeps asking me about USB vs streaming and blaming it on BD ISOs being a known issue. It locks up just sitting doing nothing at the screen saver screen! The only thing I can do is unplug and restart to try and get it running. I've not made it through an entire movie yet, it happens every 20-30 minutes. Yes, I'm on the latest firmware, etc. I've actually not tried for a week and have gone back to my A-110 exclusively. Sorry for the background as well, I figured I'd get asked about it anyway, but really I'm just looking for some advice with trying to communicate with support and get somewhere. My A-300 freezed all the time, too and I simply got a replacement. This replacement runs fine for about two weeks now.

My experience is: turn off the Usenet server and the device will run smoothly.
