YouTube App no video when playing HD

Hi Guys,

Something I hope you can help me with:
When playing video with the YouTube app I get only sound when I set the resolution preference to 720 or 1080 (with a black screen) . If I change it to 480 it works fine and I get both video and audio.

It shouldn't be a connection speed issue. Streaming high quality from my network drive works fine and my internet connection is more then adequate to stream HD.

Any ideas?

did you already solve your problem? i am possibly having a similar issue.

Yes updating the youtube app to the latest version fixed my problem.
