Can't play DVD's from Liteon DL-4ETS drive!

HI cap2587 Sorry for the late reply. Just for future reference.
With the DL4-ETS you should not disable region RPC with the LtnRPC tool (i.e not make the drive region free). Its best to reset vendor and user counts back to default. Disabling RPC via the tool would throw out that error message which you described. You are trying to set a region with the PCH-C200 and disabling RPC on the Drive. This is probably causing a conflict,because the player is trying to set a region but cannot find a way to do it since you have disabled RPC. Enable it with any region you want using the tool and just reset it when it says maximum count has reached. I bought this drive because I could reset the counts while the current LG-ROM being sold with the PCH cannot be. Hope this
