Using iTunes 10.5 on a Windows machine I purchased and downloaded a video. (I know...mistake #1)
Of course it's a .m4v with DRM. Is there any way to get this to play on an A-100? I've seen several commercial software packages that claim to remove DRM and re-encode, but I'm not paying $50 to convert the already overpriced $10 movie. |

RE: [M4V] remove DRM from iTunes video
I've tried a few without success. Ended up playing a particular file back in real time and videoing...blah! Not to quote those memorable lines from "Planes Trains and Automobiles" ****************!!! I wouldn't buy any of the software it would be easier to just buy the DVD.

There's no way under normal circumstances I would have bought a movie from iTunes in the first place. It's just that someone who didn't know me very well gave me an iTunes gift card for Christmas...and not wanting to see it go to waste I tried this. Looks like it still went to waste.

RE: [M4V] remove DRM from iTunes video
I contacted the iTunes customer support and complained that I couldn't play the file on other devices even though it was still fewer than the 5 allowed in the terms of use. They refunded my money at least. I suppose I can buy music with it instead, since I know I can convert those files to play elsewhere. Bah.

As we know, iTunes rented movie will expire in 24-hour once you watch it. Moreover, due to the DRM protection, you cannot enjoy the rentals on other video players. Do you want to get rid of these restrictions to enjoy the rentals anytime as you like?
iTunes DRM Removal is a program for Mac users to remove DRM from iTunes rented movies and convert the M4V videos to MOV, MP4, AVI and other common video formats for playback on your portable players like Android tablets, smartphones, Zune, Creative Zen, etc. With this video tutorial, you can achieve it easily on your own. RE: [M4V] remove DRM from iTunes video
Alas it was not a rental, but a purchase.
Also, I do not have a Mac. Plus that software you mentioned costs $36. Seems kind of silly to pay that to remove the DRM from a $10 movie. |

Have you ever come across the situation that the movies and TV Shows downloaded from iTunes Store cannot be played on your Android smartphone or tablet? In fact, the movies and TV Shows purchased/rented from iTunes Store are under DRM protection which limits users to enjoy them on non-apple devices.
iTunes M4V Converter for Mac can help you to get rid of the DRM protection from iTunes videos and convert M4V to MP4, 3GP, FLV and more as you like. This video tutorial covers: 1. Remove DRM and convert iTunes M4V videos to MP4. 2. Copy the converted videos to Android Nexus 7 for playback.
