Werner's post was two weeks ago. You must be rich or good friends with Syabas to give that response to someone. The C-300 costs people close to $400 of their hard earned money and it's about as useful as a turd. This is outrageous that a fix hasn't been released. A post a day asking about this is more than justified. THE LAST FIRMWARE UPDATE WAS FEB 21!!! Boy I wish I hadn't bought my C-300.... A product with this many bugs never should have made the cut...

What a response is this then... you ask a question you get shown where the last answer to that was made and you start shooting the messenger.

Look if you want to complain go to the customer service department of PCH and don't vent your frustration on the PCH user forum all over fellow users who try to help..

Please make some sense. He asked if there was any new news of a firmware release. He received a non-answer. News from 2 weeks ago isn't news. What is this the 1800s?

THIS IS JUST WHAT YOU SAID, a "PCH USER" forum, not a "developer/vender bash the user" forum. Users are frustrated for paying $400 and getting a device that's unusable. If you can't sympathize with that, then this is a mute point.


I read last weeks newspaper. When I go to the store TODAY and ask for the newspaper, they don't hand me last weeks newspaper...

I'm not trying to make enemies.... but I get annoyed with the condesending remarks people make on this forum. A simple, "nothing yet" would have sufficed as an appropriate answer.

Thank you for the understanding, I just asking for news update, not urging for a firmware upgrade, I wonder why somebody has such a large and non-sense response

^^ its because we have been around a long time. Any news is considered new news when it comes to this market, that 2 week old response might be the only response for months. A new firmware could come out without even an update. we all wish we had up to date information but usually that information is not fourth coming.

With this firmware i am having problems with playing 3d movies. Or there is no sound or the movie hangs in the first 3 seconds. Is this a known issue?

Based on that little description nobody knows...

Best start a tread asking for help on 3D playback and describe what 3D movies you have.

It is a firmware problem because i didnt had the problem with the previous firmware. I dont need help i am just asking if there is any 3d movie related firmware problems. I don't mention anything about needing help. Just the question if there is any known issue with playback of 3d movies.

Check the 300 bug forum and post the ones your not saying if not found. They can't fix what they don't know is broke
