yes but so can you if you check the WiKi for that error...

ERR029 unable to unmount /opt/syb (usually mean some process is not dead yet) Reboot the NMT and retry the update.
stop all running services and power off...

I get the same error code: ERR029.
Tried again after reboot, but no luck.
