[Feature] 24p output from NTSC DVDs

I guess many of us will have large DVD libraries dating back from before BluRay became the norm.

For NTSC DVDs the mpeg stream can be stored on the discs in one of two formats: either 24p with 3:2 pulldown flags to tell the player how to make a 60i stream, or as native 60i stream.

From my experience the 24p streams make up about 90% of my NTSC DVD collection so with this in mind it would be great if your display settings allow for 24p playback, for the NMT to ignore the pulldown flags and output the mpeg stream at 24p, giving the proper film-like fluidity without any unnatural jerkiness on pans.

Unfortunately this is of no use for PAL content which is all sped up to 25fps or shot at 50i if it was originally for broadcast, but there's a potentially massive performance improvement to be gained on a large quantity of DVD content which shouldn't be difficult to implement since it means ignoring the flags and processing the raw mpeg stream if you have a 24p compatible display.
