foto´s and avi files

Hello

I wanna know
is is possible to have foto´s and avi files in the same map or sub/map
and only visible when i brows foto´s

i have some foto´s and some avi files of the same item.
now my short avi files are visible in the nmj video bud i don´t want that.
i wanna watch them together whit the foto´s.

is that possible?

Yes it's possible to exclude from your NMJ scan for example jpg and fanart.jpg files that you may have in the folder with the movie. You do this with the '.no_XXXX.nmj' file. Where you replace the XXX with either all, video, photo, or music to exclude the files you want from the location you want :

1.3) How to exclude files from scanning and aggregation

Exclude Option for Scanning
When you enter a device and activate the NMJ, it will scan the device for video-, music- and photo files.
You can exclude folders with different options.
As example, if you have a Yamj folder on your Device then i would place the ".no_all.nmj" into the folder,
if you don't do that it will aggregate all your images inside the yamj folder and show them on the Photo NMJ.
If you place the file into an folder then it will exclude all files and folder in this folder from scanning and aggregation.

Exclude everything
- Create a file called ".no_all.nmj" or download the attached exclude.zip, place it on the device, or into a folder which you wanna exclude.

Exclude Video files
- Create a file called ".no_video.nmj" or download the attached exclude.zip, place it on the device, or into a folder where you wanna exclude Videofiles.

Exclude Music files
- Create a file called ".no_music.nmj" or download the attached exclude.zip, place it on the device, or into a folder where you wanna exclude Musicfiles.

Exclude Images
- Create a file called ".no_photo.nmj" or download the attached exclude.zip, place it on the device, or into a folder where you wanna exclude Images.

Bud how wil i get them into map foto's is that possible.
i wanna have the option that i can see the photo's and avi at the same time when i brows my photo's in the nmj.
same as on your pc.

so when i brows Photo in the jukebox i want to see the foto's and avi files if the same item.
now i have to swich from photo to video when i wanna see these files.

i hope its a bitt clear what i want.

Have a read of the manual and in particular the TASKSWITCHER otion. Is that what you want. Your photos visible whilst you have music playing the in background.

Are you talking about 'visible' as in you can see them listed on the UI? Are you talking 'visible' as in they show in NMJ?

no not like playing music in the background.


when i start up the jukebox and select the foto option.
the i see al the maps with my photo's.
i select a map and then you see the tumbnails of these photo's.
i have some small avi files that belongs to these maps example my holliday photo's and avi files.

i want the avi files visible in that map with the photo's of my holliday.
so i can wacht these avi files without going back to the video.


i hope its a bit clear what i want
