[Bug] Can't detect A210 internal hard disc

Hey,

I've just recieved my A210 with internal 2tb disc but in the Menu I can't acess the icon to format it. It appears with a red forbiden sign.
What can I do to format the disc and start to upload media on it.

Enter Settings, and choose the last menu item, "Maintenance".
Once there, choose the "NMT installation Wizard" which you find on the right side of the screen. If you can't see the "NMT installation wizard" button then the disk isn't properly connected. It can help to just restart the A210, so try that before doing anything else.

There is a manual for the A210 available from a link at the top of this very page. The blue horizontal bar, last item, where it says "Popcornhour manuals". There should be "get started" guide in there, plus a lot of info about the player.
