[SOLVED] ERR00059 on firmware update

Good day! I hope that here I can help! Posted by contacting technical. Online support http://support.popcornhour.com/MyAccount...cases.aspx but the third day waiting for an answer ... my trouble ticket is still in status "Open". The problem in the following: If you try to update the firmware I got error message with the text "ERR00059" obviously my MAC address is blocked, and how to unlock it because I do not know in my application there is no answer

You need to recover the NMT.. A300: http://support.popcornhour.com/article.aspx?id=1135 C300: http://support.popcornhour.com/article.aspx?id=1140 Put the files for you're NMT in the root of you're usb stick. Most of the time when you update after recovery updating goes well. |

I dropped the settings to the factory. Unfortunately the error remains. I have Popcorn C200. Judging from other posts on this forum need someone to unlock my MAC address. |

No one can unblock your MAC but Syabas.
It has nothing to do with the Recovery and you do not need to do a recovery. You need to uninstal the LTU package if you have it installed before you try to update:- Just to be clear: LTU does not write anything into player's internal NAND flash. It changes some files in /nmt/apps which is located on the 1-st partition of the system disk and also some files in initramfs (RAM disk) but that's all. However, please follow instructions regarding LTU when installing 03-04-110530-21-POP-408 firmware for C-200. A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |
