C-200 compatibility standards
Hi Guys,

I own a C-200 thqst I purchased in France, I just moved to work in Dominican republic. As most of the TV's here are imported from the US, my question is, all my movies are on the French color standars, PAL, will they be working in color with the standard NTSC TV or ATSC, ......if not is there something I can do about it or I have to buy a French TV ? Thanks a lot for your answers.....

RE: C-200 compatibility standards
It can convert PAL to NTSC for TVs that can't playback PAL so your media is still good. You'll find that pans aren't as smooth as they would be in native framerate, but at least you'll be able to display your files still.

If you're getting a 1080p display then use the following settings:
Video mode: 1080p/60
Framerate Sync: NTSC/24p (if your display supports 24fps, otherwise use NTSC)

If you get a display that also supports PAL (not common in US displays) then use the following settings:
Video mode: 1080p/60
Framerate Sync: NTSC/PAL/24p (if your display supports 24fps, otherwise use NTSC/PAL)

Thoughts on Syabas support? Share them here
