RE: A-210 streaming
I've never tried it but I wonder if utilizing the slave usb port on the back of the a-210 (as if you were hooking up to a pc to transfer files) would do the trick?

RE: A-210 streaming
If you install the NMT Apps then the A200 will share whatever is on its HDD with any network device that has either SMB/NFS or even upnp. Turn the server app ON.
A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |

RE: A-210 streaming
so its possible then? do you think that mkv's will be ok, what i mean is no stutter?
I do not what to use my pc to stream(uses to much power to be left on) and if i were to buy a NAS that could be costly, but if needs must...... Onkyo 807 networked AVR Pioneer lx52 Acoustic enegy front+centre Montor Audio BXFX rears BK xxls 400 subwoofer Panny tx-p50gt30 PCH A-210 2TB(internal) |

RE: A-210 streaming
Try watching an MKV now on your PC and you'll know...

RE: A-210 streaming
Never thought of doing that, thanks.
1.Does the new a300 have gigabit ethernet? 2. Cos if it does stutter, and a300 has g/b surely that would help? Then kids could have the a210 in there lounge and its an excuse for me to get a300 ![]() 3. When i transfer a file from pc to pch over ethernet i get approx 9mb/s, is this what i would get whilst streaming? And is it enough? RE: A-210 streaming
9MB/s would be more than enough.... but do test first..
