every friggin' update seems to revert that runner.py back to a status with no local IP, which means 5050 fails and I have to re-edit.

After 28 Jan update (supposed to go to Feb 4th)...

Obviously I filled in the default = '0.0.0.0' , but why does it keep doing this, ha anyone else had this issue AFTER it was supposed to have been fixed?

You need to add host = 0.0.0.0 in your config file while CP is not running
